Who benefits from this course?

The short answer is – your entire organization. This course closely follows Subir’s philosophy that everyone in your organization is responsible for quality – not just managers or supervisors or a “QC” department – but everyone.

What is the big difference between this course and other quality management courses?

If you know anything about the highly technical training of SixSigma, TQM, and other quality management systems, you’ll appreciate the difference. QIEB is a disruptive alternative for organizations that want to adopt the culture of quality – that envision doing more with the workforce they have. QIEB is instructive – it teaches by example the basic concepts of quality management, but it is also transformational because it empowers individual action.

When can you deploy QIEB training?

The program deployment is fully scalable. Individuals to take the course when it is convenient, or you may schedule entire departments to take the course together. The online course takes only 2 hours to complete. The accompanying QIEB Workbook takes another 2 hours. The workbook is an outline of lessons learned from the online course and can be used anytime as a refresher. We strongly recommend that all employees read “The Ice Cream Maker” to finish the training, which can be any time (the average person can read the book on one weekend). We also recommend that your managers and supervisors read and study “The Power of LEO.” Then, if you want even more advanced training, contact us and we’ll discuss options. You decide how, how much and when the training is conducted.

Where is training conducted?

All training is in your own offices – at your own pace. The only caveat is that everyone must take the 2-hour program.

Why does everyone need to go through this course?

After years of deploying programs like TQM and SixSigma, Subir noticed that the few organizations that allowed FULL workforce deployment generated the best results. For more details, read The Secret of QIEB.

How much does it cost?

Each deployment is different. On average, the cost could be $200 per employee. Depending on consultation or recommended executive training, your fee could be higher. The per employee cost could be lower if you have a high number of employees. The best thing to do is to contact your representative and discuss with them the best way to start this program.
